Depends on where you are. My friend used to work there and with tips (that are split by each shift), it averaged out to $12.00 per hour. The stock options are far more valuable. My friend cashed his in when he left after about two years of working there. It paid off to the tune of about $1,300.00. He said it was a very non-stress job too.

In CA they start out at about $7.50/hr plus tips. You get medical if you work 20 hrs or more a week.
