Just type "free wallpaper" or "screen saver" in your browser search bar and pick one. Directions for install will be prompted.
WARNING: A lot of that kind of stuff will contain advertising worms, registry entities and tracking cookies. You will severely compromise the security of your computer if you do this.

To download wallpapers simply save the picture that you like on a website to your computer's hard drive. You can do this by moving your mouse pointer over the desired picture, press the right mouse button, a menu appears wherein you can choose to select whether to save the picture or set it instantly as your desktop background. A lot of screensavers are available for free download. Start by typing the keywords of what type of screensaver you want to download in the search box of your internet explorer and key in an additional "free download" phrase. For example: in the yahoo search bar, type "spider-man3 screensaver+free download"; or "landscape screensavers+free downloads"; or simply type "free screensavers". After you've typed the keywords click on search and an array of websites will be listed as related to your desired subject.

find the wallpaper u want, right click it, and press copy to desktop or just drag it. once its there right click it and press "set to my wallpaper", i could be wrong as I dont really use windows.

For wallpapers, I go to http://www.digitalblasphemy.com
For screensavers, go to http://www.download.com to make sure you don't get any spyware.

just type free walpaper into your browser.....
Save it, right click on it, choose set as walpaper......
