on the 3 network,which is the same network as my old phone so l just swap sim cards,but l can not get any of my photos from my old phone up.Can l not get them up on my new phone? Thank you so much

no, you cant get them on your new phone, unless you put all the pics in a text message, message them to your computer, then message them to your new phone. its impossible.

you could upload then to your pc via usb cable then download to your new phone via usb cable.
