List training courses that you have been on as experience.

Use your current job description and those that you have used previously to build up list of skills that you have developed.

Don't forget your personal life either, anything from use of internet to playing on a sports team can be used as a skill that you can transfer.

Think about soft skills - time management, presentation, punctuality, organisation skills, teamwork etc - as a lot of companies will take this over specific qualifications. If you use these make sure you can justify them at interview.

Well use words like responsible, contributed... I used this website to come up with some good power words to give my resume an extra boost, oh and don't give them a job description of your position, tell them what you have accomplished, or something that built up your work experience

Here's the site: http://resume.monster.com/articles/phrases_verbs/

You could just start making notes about your skills and then refine and hone and refine some more until the resume reflects what you have accomplished and makes you impressed with yourself.

one great way is...do you have a past review or job description?
use the wording from those pieces....also, just write down
everything you do on a daily basis in one week, and then
compile all of your tasks and re-write them in an organized format
