Easy.
For the clean smell, to get odors out use Febreeze.
Then to make it smell new, use Armor All on the plastic. The plasticizer in the Armor All spray will make it smell like new. And it will help keep your plastic from drying out and cracking.
Another thing you can do is steam clean the carpets in the flooring. You wouldn't believe how much better that will make it smell. I did that to my 1995 Camaro that I bought used.
I sprayed all of seats with Febreeze, then I used my steam cleaner on the carpets in the car. The Febreeze helped, but you could really tell a difference after I vaccuumend then steam cleaned the carpet in the car. Whoever had the car before me smoked and it helped get all of the smoke smell out of the car.

I just want to point out to you that the new car smell that is in the interiors is actually formaldehyde along with the materials of the upholstery. which is a carcinogen meaning it can cause cancer
so I don't think you want it in your car where you are inhaling the fumes.

Buy "Nu-Car odor". Yes, an actual product. Or, find the glue that holds down the carpeting in new cars, because that is the original 'new car smell'.

You can go to any super store like Walmart or even the 99cents store and get alittle pakage of glade fresheners(new car smell) that you put under your car seat and it starts to work in minutes

There actually is a spray that you can buy that is "new car sent". But I don't know where you could get it. Maybe try your local auto parts stores and ask for it.

They have new car smell incents and sprays for cars. you can buy them at walmart or a car store.

Meguiar's rubber and vinyl cleaner cleans, and gets that "New car scent" while making your plastic, rubber and vinyl look new again. Best of all, it is non-toxic.
