There are devices that allow you to watch tv from your computer on to a television, but it's not bluetooth.
You first would have to get a TV tuner card. Most likely you will want a HDTV tuner card if you are wanting to watch HDTV football broadcasts. Those will run you at least a hundred bucks.
Then you have a few different options. First, you have to have some way to get the data from your computer to the television. If the computer is close to the tv you can just run a video cable (VGA, S-Video, RCA or DVI depending on the tv's inputs)
If not, you would have to create a media computer to put the HDTV tuner card into, and it would have to be a fairly powerful for HD signals. Then just keep this media computer plugged into the television for viewing.

not so sure about bluetooth but i use an s-video cable which runs from the back of my graphics card and plugs into the scart socket via an adapter on my television, just a matter of configuring the graphics card to two screens , ie screen one is my pc monitor , screen two is the tv. is very simple to set up and you can pick up an s-video cable fairly cheap. should be no problem aslong as your graphics card has an s-video socket on it
