I need a pro bono lawyer here in Fl. To help with the sealing of my Cousin's criminal mischief felony charge, he wasn't convicted(happen in 2000), he was going to try the do it yourself kit but too many things can go wrong & if you mess something up have to start over We would prefer, a lawyer do it the right way.
Any info on this would be great.

first of all to seal a record you have to have a good compelling reason for a judge. it sounds like your best option would be to expunge the record, any paralegal can do that. go to a college where paralegal courses are given and talk with some seniors .
