I mean he has a great voice, it's just he picked the wrong song

I like Sanjaya, it's hard to compare him to the other guys because they are so much older. His age really shows in his performance, but he has a nice voice and oodles of potential. I hope he makes it to the top 12, but past that there's not much hope for him.
EDIT: He sang that song exactly how it was supposed to be sung. It's not a powerhouse song. Maybe he should have picked something else, but honestly, I thought he SANG just fine.

He has a good voice but there's no way he is going to win this year. He lacks charisma, confidence and power. If the voters go by last night's performance there is a strong chance he's out. He was in the bottom 3 last night.

Dressed like that he should have tried a Michael Jackson song.
He picked the wrong song but I also wonder if he's fully aware that this is not a talent show but a competition.

He picked a bad song and that might do it for him because the others stepped it up most of them did real good there is no more time to pick bad songs they got to let it out.

I think he will be gone after Thursday night. He did not do well last week and he bombed badly this week. I do not know which other male will go this week. SUndance stepped it up and really delivered this week. But I feel malakar is gone he has a good voice but could not deliver the big performance.

No, I don't think he should have picked that song either. They're supposed to sing songs that show the range and strength of their voices. I think he'll be going home Thursday.

I think He really picked a bad song that didn't showcase his voice, I really think it will cost him this time the other guys did much better.

Sanjaya should have totally NOT have even made it to the top 24. I was absolutly amazed last week when Rudy left.

He is a great singer. That song last night was more like talking, but he can sing well. However, he bothers me. I didnt see Sundance last night but last week I was bored.

He is horrid! His voice, attire, and presentation was wayyyy sucky last night. He looked like a bad impersonation of micheal jackson!
