does anyone know if fall out boy actually sang the original song for nightmare before christmas?

i just downloaded a song called "what's this" by fall out boy and it's the same song on the nightmare before christmas. is it the origional?

no - Danny Elfman did the voice of Jack Skellington and all the music for the movie. He actually does the music for all Tim Burton's movies.

No they didn't do the orginal. Danny Elfman of Oingo Boingo did the orginal. He does like all of the music for Tim Burton's films. But I like the one by Fall Out Boy better.

No, of course not. Danny Elfman originally wrote the score. He did the original song. He does many movie scores, including "The Corpse Bride", "Batman", and a lot of others.

Somebody just probably gave you the wrong artist for that song. People do that a lot to get you to download it, making you think it's something else.

no,but if you get the album (i got my copy at hot topic)there are 2 versions,the original and the FOB remix,the CD itself is superb
