Please explain throughingly :D
i want to know what were his thinking processes and steps
along the way.

First, he believed that matter was a form of energy, congealed so to speak, like ice is water, congealed. So matter and energy are inter-
changeable. So you can take a handful of matter, an orange for example. And "release" the energy in it, leaving nothing left. In other words, if you cant create anything (since only God himself can do this-----and Jesus demonstrated that HE could do this at the outset of his career), well at least you can DESTROY what God created.

It sort of fell out of the mathematics of the Lorentz transformation. Lorentz proposed a mathematical model to explain why the Michelson-Morley experiment detected no motion of the earth through the "ether"; Einstein's insight was that the speed of light had to be constant in any frame of reference, and Lorentz's mathematics provided the system to make it so.
