Well, set owning a horse as your goal and figure out what you need to reach that goal, then work toward it. If money is the issue, start saving money. If you moved to the city, consider boarding or moving out to the country in a few years. If you're still living with you parents, then when you move on and can live on your own then work out the details of owning another horse. No one can tell when you will be able to get another one, only you know your situation.

a horse is not a toy if u get a horse you most look after it and give it daily exercise they are for life and not just for a week or two they cost a lot as well you have to pay for their vets bills food bedding shoes tack it is a big thing to own a horse so think about it will you have the time for a horse or not.

Have you considered looking at horses in the equine rescues? I have seen prices range from free to $2000. The $2000 is quite rare to see. Most of the time, the adoption fees range from free to about $400.

If you have the funds and the resources and the TIME I would say, yeah get a horse if you are willing to take care of one.

If you buy one, you will have one again. If you don't you won't. Unless someone leaves you one in a will or as a gift or something.
