Cutting out soda and other foods with refined sugar. Lots of excercise four or five times a week. Smaller, more frequent meals. Watching your calorie intake. That's VERY important. Your body can't lose weight if you're eating too many calories. Eat more fuits and veggies, less snacks.

These changes are small, but make a big difference.

Just don't try fad diets. They might give you results, but they don't KEEP the weight off. A lifestyle change is the best way to go, losing no more than 1-3 pounds per week.

A HEALTHY combination of diet and exercise, and never losing more than two or three pounds a week. Otherwise you're likely to put the weight back on and go back to your old ways.

Its Weight Watchers.and now they are also on line. It is the BEST one. And remember, you have to eat all the necessary food groups to lose. Ive never seen it to fail and ive known an uncountable number of people that live by it......good luck. Bettyk

Diet and excersize, start walking 1 hour a day and don't eat alot of carbs or fatty foods.
