efforts to obtain the Marshall fortune? Who would get the money in the event that something suddenly happens to this child? I mean like soon, if she died before the end of this week, before paternity is assigned, biological, not Bahamian paternity, who would Howard Marshalls money belong to legally?

its not morbid. Every other person around her that has rights to the money, supposedly, HAS died, while closely involved with Howard K Stern.

I think that Howard Marshall's money would go to his family, and Howard K. Stern would go back to being a failed attorney.

Stern would be a suspect and would probably go down, and I would imagine the money would stay within the Marshall family.*

well i would think that her next of kin would get it and that would be her biodad. If he is not found(could be that none of the men that have stepped forward are not the dad) she would go to Vergie I suppose so that would be her next of kin. Could also be that no one will pursue the case for the Marshall money and it will be settled.

I don't think he would get the money. But the event is extremely unlikely to happen. The only one i feel sorry for in that whole situation is that poor child.

Even more blame would be cast upon Stern, and a full investigation would be launched. Even if he got off, he'd be the new OJ Simpson.

i really don't think that howard k. stern is that baby's biological father, just a a creepy looking gold digger, so when that is proven through dna, and the baby happend to die, he would GET NOTHING. :)
