Chuck Taylors. They are durable, easy to break in, and once they are broken in you can do anything in them. I wore them to clean offices and my feet never hurt. I still wear them almost every day.

I wouldnt go for the name brand so much as the comfort & high arch support. Since you'll be on your feet for long periods a day/night you'll be looking for a shoe that fits snugli with good supports and venting so your feet won't sweat. Kind of like a running shoe. Good luck!

I would wear converse Chuck Taylor's because they have a thicker sole and you can get either high top or low top depending on how much support you want. They are ultra comfy and you will luv them.
