I know what I'm thinking, feeling, wanting, but I have trouble converting those thoughts to action or words....This is just a general thing.
Any advise is well appreciated! :)

I find it helps me to read everything I can get my hands on. Also, keeping a journal helps. After awhile, you find that your vocabulary increases, and it's easier to verbally express yourself. That's what has helped me. All the best.

Definitely the reading and journaling, first of all. Just read whatever you like, and soon you will start picking up on the words that convey your thoughts. When you journal, it is easier to say what you really feel because you're not talking to an actual person. Also... if you want someone to understand an emotion you are having, it helps to use metaphors. Describe a situation that makes most people get the feeling that you have. For example... say you got dumped and you feel empty, like there are no words for it and you are at a complete loss. You could say, (although not a great example) "I feel as if something has died inside of me".

You could start with a journal. Maybe this would help you gain clarity with your feelings. Write things down as though you are talking to someone. After you feel comfortable doing this move on to actually telling people. In my case, it is actually harder to repress my feelings than to release them.

do not over think before you speak. speak slowly and let your thoughts come from your mind as well as heart . it would also help to buil up your vocabulary

start writing in a journal and it will get easier from there....
