Ha! I love this question.
MAF's teeth are abnormally large, though I regret to say I cannot pinpoint the exact cause.
And yes, he can grown facial hair as evidenced by the creepy soul-patch he regularly rocks.

becasue he is so bad *** the teeth give him super human goal saveing abilities im not sure how much facial hair he can grow but if you noticed he does have a little soul patch under his bottom lip that he sports

Isn't a better question how do you notice anything else about him given that one needs sunglasses due to his annoying colored goalie pads? Is he trying to throw off the players by wearing the most annoying color on earth

he has a landing strip on his chin so i would guess he could grow facial hair as for the teeth ever hear of a thing called genes? that might be y.............. don't know
