Ending to Who's the Boss?

What happending in the season final? I know at some point Tony and Angela broke up but why?

They broke up because he got a job in Idaho coaching their college baseball team. Then after awhile, he realized that he loved Angela and didn't want to be apart from her so they reunited in the end.
