And that Nick was wretched? Seriously, Sanjaya LOOKED nervous, but if you just listened to him, he sounded really good. Nick, on the other hand, was so bad. I thought the judges were gonna rip him for sure, but they actually LIKED it.

I really like him and think he is a sweet soul. I WANT for him to do well, but I have to admit that he is not in the same class as some of the other singers.

I think both Nick Pedro and Sanjaya Malakar did well, I actually liked Sanjaya's performance a lot!

I thought Sanjaya did really well. He has a really sweet melodious voice. I think Nick was ok. Sundance surprised me, he was really great last night.

I think a lot of the other guys have a better voice than he does. He doesnt have bad voice buy compared to the others he is just not as good. I really did like him at the auditions but now I dont care to much for him. I think he needs to try to find a different type of music to sing to. I think once he finds what he sings best at than he will be doing a whole lot bettter.

I thought he did well for the song. It wasn't a very good choice, but there was a reason behind it. I do feel that he's getting panned big time. I really think that American Idol told him to tone down his flamboyant side. Because remember him in the auditions to last night. He was very quiet, low key, and whisper talking. So AI probably told him to be less gay, because heaven forbid someone be openly gay and on AI. I actually felt kind of bad for him and all the bad press he's getting now... It's a singing contest and there were guys who sang worse than him.

sanjaya does have a nice voice but he is not very a good singer. and i agree with you about nick. he did a terrible job yesterday. he ruined one of my fav. songs

Sanjaya didn't show off his voice....It was just so quiet and weak...I kept waiting for the big voice parts but they never came...I was left feeling strangely frustrated...He does have beautiful voice but he didn't show it off to his best advantage...Just my opinion..I thought Nick was pretty good.

i think u stand alone my friend,.... sanjaya has a good voice, he just does not project it in the right way.... he needs to let go..... and sing.... hes like a scared mouse.
nick was eh... ok... not the winner thats for sure.

The kid is so young...he was definitely nervous but I went back and watched the show from last night this morning...just to really listen again, to all the perfomances...and he is just not ready for AI......he needs confidence first and foremost. He did whisper through most of his song.....
Nick? I can't even remember who that is......so he must be completely forgettable.
For me, its a toss up between Chris Sligh and Sundance!
