I am just wondering if smoking has any effect on a man's fertility- and if any health problems (associated with smoking) can be passed on through a man's sperm to his baby. I already know that smoking around a baby once it's born is horrible- that's obvious. And I also already know that women shouldn't smoke while they're pregnant- I don't smoke, so that doesn't affect me. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks!

Tobacco use can lower sperm count. We thought my husband might have a low sperm count and went to the dr...it turned out fine but the dr said that drinking, smoking tobacco can lower sperm count as well as wearing tight underwear (keeps um too hot). I hope this helps. Good Luck!!
