I am from the Great Sovern State of Mississippi,, the State of Confusion.....
But not Tupelo.... yes, there is going to be a Toyota plant built there,,, prices of land will skyrocket,,, rent will also,, houses prices will double.... just like when Nissian came to Canton.....
Move there now,, to be one of the 4000 they will hire.....
Yes, Elvis' house he was born in is there, Memphis is close, Tombigbie River and Park are near, Nashville is about 4hours. Great Smokey Mtns, 7 hours...
NO Hurricanes , but we do have tornadoes.....
