Stop. Take a look around you and appreciate the beauty. Even if its nothing but buildings around, you are where you are for a reason and accept and find the positive in it.
Also, try standing in a place you're not comfortable with like out in the open or on a sidewalk where others may be and close your eyes for thirty seconds and trust that you are safe and that you are where you should be and let the fear slowly die. Open your eyes and feel a sense of renewal.

Meditate, and learn to relax. I go home after work, and I have a million things to do, but then I think, I ALWAYS will have a million things to do. Leave the house a mess, and sit down and watch a funny show. I relax and slow down, by walking around stores or malls, drinking a cup of Starbucks. It's so nice.

Take a vacation. Not one that is structured but one where you can go at your own pace and enjoy the fine nuances of the destination. I recently moved from the east coast to small town Idaho. The pace is a lot slower and if you feel the need to indulge the largest city is 25 miles away.
