I'm not talking about those ugly platform boots. I'm talking about normal over-the-knee boots with a thin 4 inch heel. I have a pair of them.

of course not but if u wear them with a really short mini skirt and a short to then u will..... i have a pair an i wore mines with short jeans and one of those long shirt which have bottons come right down with the belt in the middle an i looked really hot

I think that they are cute -- they especially look adorable with a denim miniskirt (it really depends on your age, if miniskirts aren't really you, then I'd wear a longer one that covers the top of your boots) and a cute pink top! =)

no, only if you put them with something that complements that style they look great! No i don't own a pair but my best friend does and they usually look best with a cute pair jeans.
