It's not a word but a phrase, my great-grandmother does it when her nose itches, "Someone's comin'!" She does it a lot and most of the time no one's shows up.

A coupla things. When she wanted us out of her way she'd say "Scramble boose!" (something to the effect of "vamoose, I think) And I've also heard her say if you're not fer it you're "agin" it.

Mine used to say "Lady Jane" when disapproving of something I did. eg. " What do you have you say for yourself, Lady Jane?" I felt really bad and guilty when she threw a "Lady Jane" in the mix.
