Channels frequencies?

How can i know the frequency of a certain TV channel? i need BBC ONE frequency?is there any website or something that has a list of frequencies for channels??

If you have a scanning TV it will tune to the local transmitter. The channels are different in different parts of the country. Sorry for repeating the word different!
