State of TN, once you go to court and Judge grants a divorce, is your final divorce date on that day?

In many states, the state will not enter a final decree until at least 90 days afetr your hearing.

But, just to be sure, check the laws in your particular state. They should be available on-line.

I think any state, the day the judge signs the order, it's a done deal.
