why is eating foods with hot sauce suddenly to hot?

well, as some know i took a pregnancy test and it was postive. i noticed lately that when i put a little hot sauce on things like my tacos its way too hot? why is that? i used to eat it all the time and it was never very spicey to me. also is it normal for about an 8 week pregnant woman to pee every 45- to an hour?i feel like i should be going more! ha ha! thanks gals and guys!

You have increased hormones levels, and you are protecting your baby from potentially "bad" things.

Your baby is telling you it is too hot etc...
