What are the requirements for becoming a fahion designer?

There are absolutely no requirements. If you design fashion, you are a fashion designer, whether or not anyone is paying you yet. You can go to design school, but you sure don't have to.

If your good in sketching your ideas, that would be a plus. No specific requirement, but being creative is a must.
