I agree too because they need to get to the point of what ur talking about and not get off subject or say nothing. Just a (: or another symbol. They wont ever get best answer like that. Then they just should not answer.

I haven't asked enough questions to have someone ask to be given the best answer, but when it happens I'll turn them down. you're right they need to earn the best answer.

Yes I agree. Part of the reason they don't get a best answer is because it's not the best answer. You have to be quick enough and smart enough to get the question.

It is not even aggravating:just plain stupid
The one who asks a question is capable enough to decide what is the best answer to that question,
