try logging off then logging on again you may have a lose connection somewhere

If your computer is setup correctly then don't worry.Just log off and on again and if the problem still persist then restart your computer,it will be alright

sometimes the site you are trying to access is either down or to busy, i find if i leave it for half an hour i can normally access the page with out a problem.
