As you will be giving the name out on your radio make sure it sounds OK. I have seen "Passing Wind" in the Carribean. Its difficult to sell a boat with an odd name. How about a Latin or Greek based name like "Troy"

Call it "moneypit". Because once you have a boat you'll be deafened by the noise of the money rushing out of your pocket!!!
Or "The other half" because you'll spend more time with the boat than you would with your spouse!!

Go to the "Horse race" page in the newspaper for great boat names.

Do you remember the old Huey Lewis video (okay, you probably don't remember!) when he asks a good looking girl a question that sounds like, "Would you like to go for a ride in my yacht?"
Next scene shows them in a rowboat with the word, "MYYOT" across the back.....
Okay okay, it was a long time ago. Early 80s humor, y'know?
:)
