There are some stores that have twin discounts (usually 10 percent) -- BRU, BuyBuyBaby, and Great Beginnings are three I can think of offhand. However, the way those discounts usually work is that you are required to buy two of the same item -- so, for example, it's great for when you buy two car seats, but not when you go to buy your double stroller.

For things like double strollers the best thing to do is to shop around online.

Also, a fantastic resource for all things twin related: http://www.twinstuff.com -- go to the forums section. You'll find numerous forums for parents of multiples where you can discuss everything from the never ending quest for the perfect double stroller (it doesn't exist) to the very particular challenge of getting your twins to the car when they no longer fit in their baby carriers but aren't yet walking...to sleep training when you have two of them....etc. I don't know what I'd do without it.

PS I got one of my double strollers at Albeebaby.com -- they were the best price and it arrived in two days. (It was a Maclaren....I just looked for sites with the best price but I've since ended up using Albeebaby for a few things and have never had a problem. I got my other double stroller at GreatBeginnings -- I purchased it online and they honored the twin discount, now that I think of it.)

ETA I got all my baby furniture at Great Beginnings as well -- they have a great selection and were very helpful, and of course have the 10 percent twin discount. I didn't have to deal with shipping because we ldon't live far from their brick and mortar, but I can tell you they may be the only baby store that will hold your items until the baby/babies are born (for those parents who are superstitious about having everything set up before the babies are born)....anyway I recommend them.

Here's a great stoller for two: http://www.amazon.com/InStep-Safari-Double-Swivel-Stroller/dp/B000EI2O4I/ref=pd_sim_sg_1/002-4732618-8532818
My sis who has twins still has them in just one crib (they're 3 months old). I went to ebay and put in a search for "twin clothes" and came back with a lot of hits, so try that.

You could try http://babytobee.excellentabc.com . I was able to get lots of free samples and coupons on baby products. With twins every little bit of free stuff will help.

good luck
