Highlight them and drag them across.

Welcome to Firefox!

You want to rearrange your bookmarks? No problem.

Click on Bookmarks, then Organize Bookmarks.
Open the "From Internet Explorer" folder, click on the first bookmark, scroll down to the bottom of the list, hold down shift and click the last one.

This will select all the bookmarks in that folder.

Now... you can either drag and drop them into the "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder", or you can click on Edit > Cut, then click on the "Bookmarks Toolbar" (make sure it looks like it's open) and then Edit > Paste.

There you go!

While I'm here, I'd like to point out a few very handy add-ons:
Adblock Plus - blocks various kinds of banner / image / flash ads.
Adblock Plus: Element Hiding Helper - hides various parts of pages. I use it to hide text ads and leftover ad containers.
CookieSafe - blocks cookies until you say it's ok. Increases privacy.
NoScript - blocks javascripts until you say it's ok. Increases privacy AND security.
Download Statusbar - moves your downloads into a small area in the statusbar instead of an annoying pop-up. Mousing over the download shows lots of info - where it downloaded from, the average speed, how long it took.
Greasemonkey - adds stuff you can do to sites. Take a look around http://userscripts.org/ to get an idea of what's possible.
Ajax Yahoo! Mail - Adds the ability to open (and read) more than one e-mail at a time.

There are lots more - feel free to contact me for more tips / suggestions.
