theres this guy and he practically does everything to ruin my life i asked him what's his problem a couple of times but he just grins like an idiot and ignores me what do i do?!

depends on how serious the humiliation is - are you sure he doesn't fancy you and it's just a strange way of getting noticed byyou? People do things like that - they don't see their behaviour as offensive, they just think "hey, she looked at me". If so, put him straight.
If the behaviour doesn't have that as its cause, and you think it's just that he's a nasty piece of work, you can ignore him (look past him, don't even acknowledge he's there) - that takes a bit of practice and might take a long time to work. Otherwise, ask a couple of your brother's mates, or your friends' brothers' mates, to take him to one side quietly and ask him if he would like his face re-arranged. That might do the trick.

Next time he say or does something that humiliates you, just right after he gets his last word out of his mouth...ask him what the f**k his problem is? I mean straight snap on his azz......One, he will not expect that, so that may throw him off. Second, he could like you and just acting childish to get your attention. He may like you. You remember how they used to do in high school? Or is he still in high school? If so, then girl....just have someone kick his azz for yah or cuss his azz out....... Good Luck!!

Keep ignoring him and don't waste your time worrying about what stupid thing he's going to do next! Besides, he's the one who's making himself look like an idiot by doing something so stupid, so don't pay any attention to him! Move on with your life and don't worry about him!

Avoid at all costs failing that think up a really good put down and the next time he tries to humiliate you get in there first.
Maybe he fancies you and is just really bad at expressing himself and he thinks that if he can get a reaction out of you then he is making progress.
AND IF ALL ELSE FAILS FLOOR HIM!

Report to police say your being harassed and if follows you about stalking you then go to a solicitor to get a restriction order preventing him from coming near you can be done on legal aid in UK
Also ensure you have mobile phone on you when he is following you ring police needs to be caught by police actually following or near you for them to be able to do something about it also is evidence for restriction order
my ex had same problem bloke infatuated with her she was scared stiff of him because sometimes He would get drunk and get violent and abusive towards her, but eventually he was stopped

What you need to do is ignore him. By giving him the satisfaction of paying attention to what he does, you are letting him win. By giving him a reaction, you are letting him know that what he is doing is bugging you.
My advice, ignore him and move on with your life. He's not worth your time or your aggravation.

Take out a full page advert in your local paper, send a picture of him in and place a caption saying he's a stalker
or something like that

My advice would be to try and handle it yourself for a day or so more and if he still keeps bothering you, tell him you are going to call the police because that is harassment. If he still keeps bothering you, follow out on that promise.

he probaly has a crush on you, but just tell him to get lost and if you don't like him make his lfe a misery, there's these boys at school and they are a couple of idiots, i got really annoyed at them and i just hit them so now they leave me alone. SHOW THAT JERK WHOS BOSS

I went through the same thing. All I did was put my foot down and told him to stop or he'll be in pain for awhile. So all you have to do is put your foot down and tell him to stop.
