Add a vent or a window. Not being smart, but neither is hard to do. If you have a room in a garage, you have access to the back side of walls. Adding venting would be simple, literally. You could even, easily, hook it in to existing HVAC if your furnace is in your garage.

There's not a dryer vent in the garage? If so, a portable A/C unit could vent out that. If not, there exist room coolers that use ice. You fill a big tray with ice and the fan passes the room air through it. I saw one at Fry's Electronics on our area.

Try installing a ceiling fan. If that's too difficult, get some floor flans, you may also want to think about misters... they will bring a coolness to the room that the fans can blow around.
