how can she fix it so he cant read the conversations we have on yahoo messenger? cause he has a way to go back when he gets home from wok and read our stuff... please help he is a sicko.

Sorry young lady. Two things to keep in mind. One he is the father and he has a right and resposibilit to keep up with what his daughter does.
And two, why are you talking about things you would really care that he knows.

It doesn't sound like he's a sicko, it just sounds like he's a strict father. What has your girlfriend done to warrant such a reaction? I guess that's just a topic for another question then...
But if I were you? Dump Yahoo! messenger and get GAIM or TRILLIAN...

There is a way to delete your past conversations, but I forgot how to do it. Try going into the help menu in yahoo messenger and type in "conversation." If that doesn't work, type in "delete."

Shop for what he is using, so you know it's name and can disable it. I think it is called a keystroke monitor. When you find the name of a few of them, ctrl-alt-delete to see the task manager and see if you see something like those names in the applications or running processes.

he is using what they are calling a key logger.it tells him eveything that you are typing to each other and what you are saying. you cant get around it it is a parental guideline thing.your best bet is to not talk to each other about things that you dont want him to know!antways you can tell each other personal things in person instead of on the computer.or call each other to talk.

does he have your, or her yahoo messager password? if he does sign into your messager right click on someones name click message archive click message at the top, then click preferences, then under archive click No, do not save any of my messages once you click that click apply(at the bottom) it will not save any messages you type to someone on yahoo messager.
