I would think so as far as sleeping aid, however, my orthopaedic doctor told me to be sure to get extra excercise, because the Valerian would cause the muscles to relax, and he wanted them very strong.

Yes they are fine so long as you are taking them at bedtime to help you sleep. Just be sure your doc knows you are taking them in case it would react to a med he wants you to take.

I easily have in no way heard of absolutely everyone putting sunflower oil of their canines nutrition, as i cant think of of what this could help? the main basic oil used is salmon or fish oil. yet its objective is for bright coats and much less laying off. It does artwork. sunlight flower oil in simple terms sounds odd..

I have wondered this too. my fiance takes it occasionally.

My dad's friend says it's safe. He has taken it everyday for years.

Also look into your calcium and magnesium intake. I have read that these suplements before bed really help you sleep... hence the milk before bed wives tale.
