Actually you are right, it was the UN's fault they didn't have any WMD because the UN inspectors had saw to it that they were destroyed prior to the invasion. They attempted to inform the administration of that fact but to no avail and the Administration went ahead on the say so of the likes of Akmid Challobie and his Ilk because they fitted into their plans better than the teams of inspectors that were actually on the ground and assessing the situation first hand.
Down in the details you could be right in so far as there may have been some remnants that could have been incriminating and ,seeing the inevitable ,Saddam had a window of opportunity to do some last minute dusting in order that the WMD accusation would be absolutely proven false after the fact but bottom line is the Administrations claims of massive stock piles of WMD and major build up of manufacturing of WMD were all just a giant propaganda brain fart that they felt they could justify by finding some scattered bits and pieces of evidence here and there and then blowing it out of proportion in the media.
In your question you seem to indicate that Iraq was responsible for the 9/11 attack.
Were we attacked by Iraq or were we attacked by Alkaeda in Afghanistan?
Osama was Saudi, Saudi operatives covertly funded AlKaeda and are still funding Alkaeda, The Saudi’s hated Saddam and visa versa, have you forgotten that Saddam launched an attack against Kuwait (Saudi Royals) and how the Saudi’s were so freaked out that they let us base military operations out of Saudi Arabia.
Your whipping the wrong horse if you still think Iraq was responsible for 9/11.

We didn't find WMDs because Saddam had gotten rid of them. Syria and Iran already have chemical and boilogical weaps. Once the inspectors found nothing, they were going to report the findings to the UN which would have lifted the sanctions imposed on them for so long. Saddam was going to open Iraq up to China, France, Germany as well as Russia for oil field development. This is why the US went in and why there was so much opposition from traditional allies.
Bush and his cronnies chose Iraq because it was the weaker of the two.
Let me school you on something else, Our govt doesn't necessarily represent our best interests. It represents the
corporate special interests (BIG OIL corporations) This means that if there is going to be ANY benefit from the invasion, the OIL companies would get cheaper oil, charge us the same premium and walk away with the high profit margin.
State sanctioned Capitalism at its best.
9-11 was a result of an organization that feels we have wronged their people by providing weapons to Israel who in turn "terrorise" their people. It is a way of not picking on the little guy, but blooding
the nose of big brother who will usually back little brother up.

Regardless how much we talk and say BUSH will never admit he was wrong for how that went down. We know that there was WMDs. We all know this but yet the government is still supporting the people that we are fighting there is no end to . We can keep talking about it ignore it or do something about it but it takes a group not just one. It starts by one but we all need to build on to something and really think about who we want for a president. Because for some reason everyone keeps voting for the same guy that put us in this spot.

This is all propaganda. Though everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I am currently reading a book called "Inside Terrorism" by Bruce Hoffman and besides looking at what happened on 9-11 (which was unfortunate) think about why they did it....it may not be justified across the board but they had reasons due to actions from the US previously. Dont think everyone is innocent. You need to do your research before you start pointing fingers at who you want to believe is wrong. Sometimes the truth hurts. As for the Weapons of Mass Destruction, haha, there is no proof of them, did they remove them?...is it possible to do that in the short period of time that they had without anyone knowing??...and the UN...dont go against them. their job is to look out for the WELL BEING of people and countries, they may not be perfect but they definitely make decisions in a selfless way, unlike another country I can think of. I really suggest that you not take propaganda as the truth, do some research then pose the question. Hope I helped in giving my input. take care

Guess what?
Iraq had nothing to do with 911.
Now, if you are so cocky why dont you come down and enlist.
Ive did two tours in Iraq looking for these WMD, maybe your eyes are better than mine and you can find them.

Well, "they" were terrorists from Afghanistan, and they did not use WMDs on us. Iraq and 9/11 are not related.
