yes folks can be cruel it is hard to do I work on it myself sometimes folks have to say cruel things because they themselves have self esteem problems. So I look it as they have to feel they are important by saying things so they feel big or they feel inferior. So if you look at it that way you can look at yourself and say I feel good about myself without making someone else feel bad you win
