Most women will not start experiencing true pregnancy signs until 10-14 days after ovulation, though some women have reported symptoms as early as a couple days post conception.
During pregnancy week 1 and pregnancy week 2, you may not even be certain that you are pregnant yet! Many women experience few if any symptoms at all.

It varies from woman to woman. Some women know a week after conception {it takes about 5 to 7 days for conception to happen I think} and others it takes months to get any signs. Everyone is different!!

You may be able to have symptoms before your period is due or after or not for a few weeks or none at all....Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different...Early signs are missed period, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, headaches, mild cramping....you may have some of these, all, or none.....Good Luck!

Bout a week after I missed my period I started to feel funky. The weeks to follow were the worst. It was around week 5 and 6 for me. It's different for everyone though.
