Why isn't there any Politicans who want to do what is BEST for the US and not for personal gain?

This goes for both the Republican AND the Democratic party. They both are just as bad and it gets me sick about how they ignore what is the best for the US and their people and do what is best for big buisiness. Without the people there wouldn't be any voting for them. When will the US take back it's country?

Think about it, they spend tens of millions to get elected to a job that pays $250,000. The math doesn't add up. Both political parties are so morally bankrupt that they are beyond repair. The only way is to vote third party, any third party.

Because people with true morality (both Liberal and Conservative) are too smart to run for office. Plus it takes money to run. In order to get that money you must sell your soul to the special interest groups.

There are some. I think Giuliani wants to do what he thinks is best. I also think Romney does as well, and Romney, in my book is awesome, because he's taking a really strong stand on illegal criminals crossing our borders. Let not your heart be troubled. There are some good candidates out there.

Because people are naturally selfish and small minded and power corrupts/absolute power corrupts absolutely. Simple? Perhaps, but it follows occam's razor.

We will try when it's too late and fail miserably.. simply because by then liberals will have their way and the second amendment will be erased and we'll be left with no way to make it possible.
