Genius is right, its inflation.
To reduce unemployment (you cannot get rid of it as there is always structural unemployment, that is the unemployment of people between jobs or in training for new jobs) you need an expansive fiscal and monetary policy which will always lead to inflation.

There is always some unemployment be it people in transition from one job to another, students, children, stay at home parents, retired people, etc. If everyone were to be employed, we would have mass inflation and the value of our currency would decrease.

You cannot cure unemployment because its a disease, its a result of an active market. Its also impossible to remove unemployment, because there is always transitory states between jobs for certain individuals. (ie. Contractors, contract-based jobs.)
