I feel sick as a dog, but this is good right cause it makes me not wanna eat? I guess it's better than taking laxitives, right?

I knew I liked you for some reason... yeah slimfast can have an interesting affect on the body... feel like sh!t but I've lost 16 lbs... I guess it's worth it huh... lol...

Oh honey...i do not think that that was the initial thing that they had planned but i too have experienced it....i am no longer an advocate of Slimfast because it is not as satisfying for one, not as nutritious for two, and ultimately there is with Slimfast, a feeling overwhelmingly for me anyway of deprivation.....i understand....i have other avenues for what they construe to be weight loss supplements. Please be careful as if you feel queasy and deprived then most likely you are. Please know too that there are lot of chemicals in Slimfast.....which could in part be another reason that you are having a reaction exacerbating the feeling of possible vertigo...please check your potassium...it is often a culprit in weight loss regimens...i try to NOT use the word DIET though with Slimfast, it really applies..... i could go ona and on about this, but I think this is enough said...should you want to discuss this further or any facet of it, know that i will gladly accept an email...and I am by no means a nutritionist, it is just that "I have been there" and ultimately we are ll different. i wish you the best..

nevermind the slimfast, get off of it. Make a lifestyle change. Cut your breakfsat lunch and dinner portions in half. Cut out unhealthy snacking drink just water (No soda, or diet soda). That should do it and it will last this way.

I prefer laxatives. After the explosive diarreha, its kinda relaxing.
