does anyone know who "oliver and ronnie" are that tupac talks about in his poem " Liberty Needs Glasses"?????

The poem Liberty Needs Glasses is a political poem, saying how liberty and freedom is not true liberty for all, but for only certain skin colors, religions,etc.
Ronnie is Ronnie Reagan and Oliver is Oliver North.
Ronnie is Ronald Reagan, and Oliver North is a Conservative commentor and a key official to Reagan.
Tupac means, they were unfair and unjust to others.
