Depends on what is making you UNhealthy.

In general--
--get plenty of exercise, outdoors if possible, daily if possible
--laugh often and keep a positive attitude. Don't sweat the small stuff.
--have at least three friends that you trust completely and can talk to
--don't eat junk food
--eat as little meat as possible; none is best, but if you can't accept that, at least decrease the amount as much as you can
--accept yourself. You're not perfect, but you're pretty darn good, and never forget it.
--do something kind for someone else with no thought of anything in return (I won't say daily, but as often as possible)
--turn off the TV now and then and really talk to your family or read a good book
--get out of the house, with friends if possible
--follow your dreams
