It is obvious that most people live in a bubble.
If you listen to the world, we are being controlled already, BY YOU. Isn't there a board somewhere that rules what you should and shouldn't do?

As we cannot read the minds of animals (despite Dr. Doolittle!) we can only assume that euthanasia for animals is based on scientific prognosis or for the protection of others.
Human euthanasia is a controversial subject and should be left to those who either know the wishes of those who cannot speak for themselves, or the court system, under which we are all governed.

The problem is that someone will move the dividing line to euthanize people who shouldn't really be euthanized.
When the word was "sterilization" and not "euthanization" it was done to people for wrong reasons. No one wants to repeat that.

So who decides who is too stupid to live? What would you do with the mentally retarded? Although I do agree with you that some people are just stupid in general this is a little extreme. There is always someone smarter than you.

Stupidity is objective, there is someone always smarter than you, so technically we'd all be euthanized down to the last, smartest person.
