I don't think this counts as a "uniform", but a really nice suit always gets me juiced up.

truthfully it turns me on when my man comes in after a hard days work five o'clock shadow, shirt a wrinkle, pants with dust and the look on his face when he walks Thur the door but if a uniform is needed.. ummmmm
waiter... with only a silk tie (FOR LATER) a 1/2 apron with a pad in the pocket to take her order, all in your birthday suit.. enjoy your dessert

She will probably be (or have been) dropping hints - whats good for one is the worst turn off for another. If you don't want to ask her (I guess you'll want to surprise her) ask her friends or get a selection of outfits and let her dress you up - it'll add to the fun.
