What do I have to do this offseason. I have heard of keeper leagues but i don't know if i'm in one or not. And do i stay in the same league until next season with the same people?

If you dont know if you are in a keeper league, then you probably are not.

You'll have to check back with others in the league when the next season starts, or you can join a different league, or form your own, that is all up to you.

For the offseason - pay attention to where the free agents sign. Take note to dominant rushing teams that may lose a free agent offensive lineman, or teams that add them.

3 things you must do:

Check with your commish to see if you are in a keeper league!
Pay attention to Free Agency (Starts this weekend)
Pay attention to the rookie draft (in April).

that will get you going.

whether or not you stay in the same league is up to you. if you can jump in another, and want to leave, then do it. if you like the guys you are playing with, stay there. leagues do better with some consistency year to year.

you dont give enough input to properly answer this. BUT, ask your commishioner about your league.
