I've heard that many people who have seen the film documentary "The Secret" or who have heard of the Law of Attraction, have begun to experience amazing things in their life. If you have any testimony to this, please share. :)

I don't have any stories that are as amazing as the ones that are in the film, but I do beleive in it, and I practice it all the time. My experiences are mainly small things. Like my 4 yr old stepdaughter, who is very imaginative, told me for about 3 days that she wanted to know what shark tasted like. Then out of the blue, my neighbor who only visits a couple times a month, came over and said that his brother in law went deep sea fishing and had some shark steaks from one of his catches and wanted to know if we'd like to try some. What are the odds of that? Coincidence? I think not. Yeah- but my experiences are on the small scale- like another example is I wanted a trampoline for the kids for a year, and then my grandma(without even mentioning this to her) told me she would like to get rid of hers, and would we like to have it? Another example is when I became interested in possibly working from home. Two days later I received a letter from a business that was established to help stay at home moms work at home(which is exactly what I am), and I had not subscribed to anything, or even looked it up on the internet. It has to do with alot on the amount of doubt you have on what you desire as well, as far as whether or not you will be able to get it. You are drawing things to you all the time, but If you completely rid yourself of all doubt, things are drawn to you even quicker.I'm still working on this part, but it's getting easier. I'm getting more practice in the small things before I move onto the bigger things. The more you see the things you are actually drawing to you, your doubt becomes less and less. I think it's awesome. It's nice to hear someone else who is interested in this.Good question.

I never saw this film, but have occasionally spontaneously experienced such things.
For instance, I can remember when my late husband and I were talking about wanting some specific accessories for the motorcycle we had at that time. The very next day, the owner of the air conditioning repair service across the street came over carrying the very items we wanted. He said he was cleaning out a storage area, found them and wondered if we might want them.

There are numerous occasions when I wanted something I had not seen available in new-merchandise retail stores and then found it at a yard sale or in a thrift shop for a really fabulous price. (Nowdays, I can add Amazon.com to the list of sources for finding such things at great prices, too.)

These incidences involved no deliberate efforts on my part other than thinking about wanting a particular item. However, it does not seem to be anything I can control or do whenever I want to. It happens spontaneously and only once in a while.
