creepy.... just unplug it. if it still turns on then... get rid of it asap

It's overheating. You might need to install a new heatsink or just clean out the inside of the computer, especially all the fans. Get a can of compressed air that is used to blast the dust out. Don't try to do conventional dusting with a dust rag.
