Will it allow me to change the color of links I've already visited? If not, which add-on will?

If it's just all sites you want to change the link colour too - go into Firefox's settings.

If it's just one site you want to change... look the site up at http://userscripts.org/ or put in a request.

There's another add-on that does this and more and has less security issues (although even with the worst add-ons Firefox is STILL more secure than Internet Explorer) - it's called Stylish ( https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2108/ ) and the site that hosts the styles is kind of... touch and go (they're working on getting better hosting) ... that's here: http://userstyles.org/

Or just send me a message saying what colours you want and I'll write you a stylish / greasemonkey script myself.
